Sales Representative – (Illinois)

3-Month Paid Training + High Commissions After

Glass Innovation is expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. We specialize in custom shower doors, mirrors, railings, and residential/commercial glass projects.

This role starts with a 3-month paid base salary while you learn the products, shadow our team, and build your pipeline. After that, you transition to a commission-based compensation plan with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Visit customers for measurements & estimates
  • Consult clients on glass options and hardware
  • Prepare quotes and close deals
  • Keep notes organized in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Coordinate with office and installation teams
  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable, organized, and sales-driven
  • Basic computer/CRM skills (we train on HubSpot)
  • Experience in: glass, remodeling, flooring, tile, windows, or sales = BIG plus
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Must have a reliable vehicle for client visits
